A Challenge to Learn and Explore on the Site
We have just added some valuable articles to the website on nutrition and rest and Codes of Conduct for players, parents and coaches. Nutrition and rest are huge issues for any athlete, as they affect your energy levels and your ability to function and learn successfully in games and practices. Check the article out and let it help you plan for success on the pitch.
Let me encourage you, as well, to read the Codes of Conduct article. These establish standards that we will be striving for this season. They represent what would are considered best practice standards and will help us cultivate a healthy Christian environment and a culture of athletic excellence in the club.
